Cannot repair member file [l:24{12}]"settings.ini" of Microsoft-Windows-Sidebar
Hi all,
My laptop is hanging shortly after bootup. my mouse and keypad seems to be working after hang. Laptop is running on Vista 32-bit home edition.
After going through posts, i did the following steps:
1) Boot in Safe mode and ran chkdsk c: \f \r in administer mode.
2) After reboot, i ran sfc /scannow in administer mode.
Issue still remains :(

How to fix this issue?
My system Configuration is
Laptop make: Sony Vaio VGN-NS140E
Processor speed: 2.1GHz
Ram: 3GB
HDD: 320 GB.
OS: vista 32-bit Home edition.
I already ran for Malware detection and deleted the found malwares in my system.
